    Coach's Note

During the 2025 season, under the direction of fourth-year Head Coach Paul Crowley, the Captains finished the year with a 10-1 record, their fourth winning season in a row. CNU advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2025 for the 12th time in the 24-season history of the program and the second time since 2014. Powered by one of the best offenses in program history, the Captains set a school record scoring 45.1 points per game. Once again, CNU ranked in the top-20 nationally in attendance, welcoming in an average of 3,500 fans to TowneBank Stadium per game.

Every gift makes an impact on what we are able to accomplish together for the student-athlete experience here at Christopher Newport. Our main initiative this year is finishing upating our locker room facilities. Because of your support, we can make Christopher Newport the best place in Division III to play Football!

We hope to see you in the stands at TowneBank Stadium to cheer on the Captains next fall!

Join our community of champions and support CNU Football!

    Go Captains!
