Under the direction of three-time WBCA National Coach of the Year finalist Bill Broderick, the Christopher Newport Women’s Basketball team put together another outstanding season in 2024-25 finishing with a 26-2 overall record capturing their 6th C2C Conference Tournament Championship in a row and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the ninth straight season. With an experienced core of returnees and talented incoming players, this past season was an exciting one for CNU Women’s Basketball again and next year's young guns hope to continue that winning tradition and earn a 12th trip to the NCAA Tournament in just 13 seasons under the guidance of Coach Broderick. Just as our team holds itself to the highest standards on the court, we’re reaching out for your support to help us continue delivering an exceptional experience for our student-athletes. Your generous contributions directly fund essential needs like travel, meals, team gear, and team-building activities — all of which play a crucial role in our success and enable our Captains to compete with a challenging schedule as we pursue a National Championship. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our student-athletes at Christopher Newport. Thanks to your continued support, we’re able to provide one of the premier Division III Women’s Basketball experiences in the nation. Join our community of champions and support CNU Women’s Basketball.
