    Coach's Note


    Our nationally-ranked CNU women's soccer team put together another great season in 2025. They finished the regular season ranked #10 in the country with another near perfect record at 12-1-3. The team capped off the year with their 4th Coast to Coast (C2C) tournament championship in five years. Winning the C2C tournament earned the team an automatic qualifier to the NCAA tournament, which extended their NCAA tournament appearances to 9 years in a row. After the NCAA tournament, the team finished the season ranked #25 in the country. This marks eight straight years the team has concluded the season with a national ranking. Every gift makes an impact on what we are able to accomplish together for the student-athlete experience here at Christopher Newport. Because of your support, we can ensure that Christopher Newport is the best place in Division III to play women’s soccer!
